At Pembles Primetime Painting, we strive to make your painting endeavors pleasurable.  We have put together a price sheet for you to use to make those ambitions just a little bit easier to process.  Please take the time to go over our numbers for your next project, compare to other sources and then contact us for an appointment.  

Option 1- Paint-A-Room Estimates

1. Small Rooms - (Up to 10' x 10')

  • Wall Surface - 200sf Maximum 

​$300 per room

  • Ceiling - (1 coat)

​$75 per room

  • Trim/Chair rail/ Crown Molding

​$45 per item/per room

 

2. Medium Rooms - (Up to 10' x 15')

  •  Wall Surface - 350sf Maximum

$450 per room

  • Ceiling - (1 coat)

​$100 per room

  • Trim/Chair rail/ Crown Molding

​$65 per item/per room

 

3. Large Rooms - (Up to 10' x 20')

  •  Wall Surface - 350sf Maximum

$550 per room

  • Ceiling - (1 coat)

​$125 per room

  • Trim/Chair rail/ Crown Molding

​$85 per item/per room

Option 2- Wall Surface Estimates

Estimating a paint service can be done by also calcualting the square footage (sf) of the walls to be painted and using the prices below to acquire an accurate number when multiplied:

 

  • Interior Walls & Ceiling Surface

$0.95 per sf, 2 coats or 

$0.60 per sf per coat

 

  • Exterior Walls & Surfaces

$1.25 per sf, 2 coats or

$0.95 per sf 1 coat

 

Other Room Details

 

1. Extra Small Rooms (closet, bath etc.)

$65 per room up to 75 sf wall surface

  • Doors- Interior 1 coat paint

$40 per door, per side

  • Window/Door frames Interior 1 coat

$35 per item interior price only.

 

Option 3- Painter By The Day

This service offers 1-3 painters to be hired by the day per residence.  This is a great option for a homeowner with touch-ups, and odd tasks who wants to use a painter for a day.

 

  • Painter by the Day (per technician)

$300 includes equipment, not products

  • Daily Trip charge

$25 per 0-50 miles traveled 

  • Interior Paint by the gallon

$28.50 billed per usage

  • Exterior Paint by the gallon

$37.50 billed per usage

 

*We also offer a Painter for a half day (max 2 technicians) program

$200 includes equipment, not products.

This is NOT an exhaustive list of all of the services we offer.  These are simply a few of many services that we do often enough that they were requested to be put on our price sheet.  All prices include labor and materials and are estimated by the square foot (sf) or (sq').

4.  Demolition

Prices below do include removal of materials from the job site.

  1. Minimum Job Estimate must exceed $300 or a $150 mobilization service charge will be incurred.

  2. Pricing Options 1 & 2 above include: Labor, prep supplies, paint, primer, equipment, clean-up and mobilization.

  3. Pricing subject to change according to additional requests, change orders and site conditions.

  4. Special projects and surface coatings will be billed according to applicable material rates.

  5. If a premium or specialty paint is desired, the pricing may increase to reflect the product cost and extended labor to apply if applicable.

  6. Furniture- Moving or protecting furniture/items will be charged a minimum of $25 (and $25 per re-staging of furniture/items).

  7. We endorse these prices for 2014.
